Michael Minella is a Java Champion, speaker, and author with over 18 years of enterprise development experience. He has been a member of the Spring team as the lead of Spring Batch and founder of Spring Cloud Task for over 7 years. Michael has spoken on Java, Spring, big data, and open source topics and is a JavaOne Rockstar. He is the author of The Definitive Guide to Spring Batch and Pro Spring Batch from Apress as well as the Refcard JUnit and EasyMock. Outside of the daily grind, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys woodworking, photography, and InfoSec hobbies.
